Why Exhibit with Us

Experience the diversity and depth of our attendee profile, which includes representation from federal, state, and local regulatory participants. Our event garners sponsorship from major industry players such as Shell, American Petroleum Institute, ExxonMobil, U.S. EPA, and others, all of whom actively encourage their employees to attend.

Our strategically located exhibit areas ensure maximum exposure to interested attendees and potential customers. Breaks and socials held in the exhibit hall foster an environment that encourages networking and meaningful interactions. To maintain an optimal attendee-to-exhibitor ratio and guarantee heightened exposure for your brand, we offer limited exhibit space.

Secure your spot early to be a part of this exceptional gathering.

  • Parking
NEW PARKING INSTRUCTIONS (2024) The UMass Campus Center Parking Garage has gone gateless. Payment is now required upon arrival. Please plan extra time to pay for parking before checking in at the conference. UMass allows 20 minutes upon entry to pay for parking before a violation begins. YOU WILL NEED your license plate number. If you are staying at Hotel UMass, skip the kiosk and go directly to the hotel front desk after you park (3rd floor of Campus Center). Be sure to bring your LICENSE PLATE NUMBER. While you can’t check into your hotel room until after 3 pm, the hotel staff will enter your license plate details into the parking database. This will take care of your parking (at a discounted daily rate) for the duration of your stay. You will be able to drive in and out of the garage without doing anything further through the day you check out. If you are commuting to campus, pre-payment for the amount of time you plan to stay in the garage will be required. You will be provided with a special discount code to receive 50% off your stay in the garage. AEHS Foundation will send the coupon code to all attendees by email prior to the start of the conference. While you can pay for parking either at a physical garage kiosk or via the ParkMobile app, the discount code can only be used in person at a kiosk. Discount codes are not valid on ParkMobile. If you use the discount code, you must pay using a credit card. If you would like a receipt, you must select ‘Yes’ when prompted by the kiosk at the time of the transaction. UMass Parking Services is unable to generate receipts by request. You will have the option to enter your cell phone number at the kiosk to receive alerts when your time is running out. If you choose to enter your number, you’ll be able to extend your time on your phone without going back to a kiosk in the garage. You will need to go to a kiosk to pre-pay each time you enter the garage. Access to the Campus Center is on Level 2 of the parking garage. Follow signs to the Campus Center or Hotel UMass. An enclosed walkway leads directly from level 2 of the garage into level 2 of the Campus Center.
